  • Management Software knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and responsibilities:

  •  Providing administrative support to the Direction
  •  Answer and direct phone calls
  •  Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  •  Book travel arrangements
  •  Ensure the confidentiality of clients, providers and staff information
  •  Monthly accounting
  •  Keeping updated company administrative records
  •  Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
  •  Coordinate repairs to office equipment
